Rapid Method Validation and Sample Analysis
Problem:
A clinical study involving a new cold medicine formulation, containing Naproxen, Dextromethorphan and Guaifenesin, required aggressive turn around and cost savings to secure the project.
Proposal:
In joint cooperation with the sponsor, we proposed rapid method validation and sample analysis.
Outcome:
The combined methods were validated in two weeks and 2600 samples analyzed in 12 days; a month faster than the timeline proposed by a major competitor. This integrated project management approach has resulted in consistent client preference.
