Company History
KCAS was originally founded in 1979 by William Mason, Ph.D. and Robert Lanman, Ph.D. of the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) as Kansas City Analytical Services, Inc. In 1998, the company was acquired by AAIPharma Inc., and twelve years later, Kansas City Analytical Services re-established itself as KCAS, LLC.
For more than 30 years, KCAS has been providing a full range of high-quality bioanalytical services, including method development, validation and high-throughput sample analysis for small and large molecule compounds on biological samples from pre-clinical and clinical studies. We work with pharmaceutical and biotech companies of all sizes, as well as medical device and animal science companies.
