Dr. Terry W. Osborn

Terry W. Osborn, PhD, MBA, has been a board member for KCAS since 2009 as part of Heartland BioVentures and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Terry brings with him more than 30 years of experience in executive management roles for companies specializing in stem cell, genomic biomarkers, formulation development/manufacturing and medical diagnostics. He was founding CEO and a current board member of AbaStar MDx Inc., a private CNS molecular diagnostic company and past CEO of Pharmaceutical Development Center (PDC), a contract formulation, development and cGMP manufacturer. Today, PDC is part of AAIPharma. Terry has established a reputation for leading in a personalized, customer-oriented manner with a commitment to scientific and data quality. Terry holds a doctorate degree in biochemistry from the University of California at Riverside and a masters of business administration from Pepperdine University.
